INCLUDED: 5 Star Coach, 3 ½ Star Accommodation at the Beachcomber Toukley, 3 Wineries, 2 - Course Hot Lunch Saturday and Sunday, Yulefest Dinner and Entertainment Saturday night, Cooked Breakfast, Hunter Gardens Village, Morning Tea, Macadamia Nut Farm, Morisset Markets.
DAY ONE Saturday, Departing the Club this morning in our 5-star Coach we head for the Central Coast, an area now expanding each day following a housing boom in the 70's, we proceed north to our first stop, the Macadamia Nut Farm and a Devonshire Morning Tea.
Following our visit we continue our journey arriving at Budgewoi for our 2 course hot lunch at the Halekulani Bowling Club. After your relaxing lunchtime break at the Bowling Club we then proceed to the Morisset Markets to snap up the bargains, then onto Toukley. Arriving at our overnight accommodation time will be allowed to have a swim, freshen up, have a cuppa, walk through the town, purchase your BYO for the night or just relax before departing the Motel at 6-30pm. Our accommodation, some with water view rooms is at the 3 1/2 star Beachcomber Motel, Toukley (Ph. 4397 1300)
DAY TWOSunday,Following our cooked breakfast in the Motel Restaurant we farewell our hosts at the Beachcomber Motel proceeding through to Cessnock and the Hunter Wineries, time is allowed at the Hunter Gardens Village. (Don’t miss the Chocolate shop) You can avail yourself of a wine tasting in the Village if you wish.
Wineries today will be Tullochs, Draytons and the Golden Grape, a 2 course lunch will be had at the Golden Grape Winery. Note: Sunday Lunch will be alternate servings.
Following lunch we return to the Club late afternoon. A comfort stop will be included en route,

CANCELLATIONS:
If Ticket cannot be sold once a deposit has been paid, a fee of:
$10.00 will apply up to 60 days prior to departure;
20% of tour fare will apply from 60 days and up to 14 days prior to departure;
50% of tour fare will apply within 13 days of departure.
Please note: There is no refund for cancellations received after 4pm on the day prior to departure or for any unused portions of the tour.
Travel Insurance -We advise passengers to take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances which may arise (including but not limited to cancellation fees, loss of luggage, early return following death of a relative as defined in the respective proposal forms etc.)
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
It must be noted that the consuming of any type of liquor is not permitted on any Coach. This tour is organised and operated by MMM Tours. MMM TOURS reserves the right to alter or change the accommodation or carriers at any time for any reason. MMM TOURS reserves the right to cancel or alter the itinerary without notice as may be found necessary for any reason whatsoever where MMM TOURS considers that such alteration will be in the interest of tour members. All additional expenses incurred as a result of any delays, cancellations or alterations will be the sole responsibility of the passenger. No passenger will be permitted to continue on the tour while their mental or physical condition is, in the opinion of any representative of MMM TOURS, such as to render them incapable of caring for themselves, or whereby they become objectionable to other passengers, or they become a hazard to themselves or other passengers. MMM TOURS will not be responsible for expenses resulting in such persons being precluded from completing the tour for any such reason. MMM TOURS can give no guarantee as to the exact arrival and departure times for carriers and operators used by MMM TOURS in the tour and MMM TOURS will not be liable for any failure to make connections with any other services or attractions. MMM TOURS reserves the right to cancel any ticket or booking or to refuse to carry any passenger where payments have not been received by MMM TOURS within the times specified in the tour brochure. It is a condition of carriage that a passenger has paid all tour monies prior to the departure of the tour. MMM TOURS reserves the right to vary the price advertised or printed to cover any significant increase in airfare, fuel price, exchange rate fluctuations, or other tour related tariffs. Passengers are reminded that this is a condition of travel and that any alteration will be notified as soon as possible. Baggage is entirely at "owner's risk" during the tour unless insured and passengers are CAUTIONED against leaving articles on board a carrier or conveyance when sightseeing. The condition relating to your rights (if any) to a refund on cancellation are set forth in the tour brochure. Due to Government regulations smoking is not permitted inside tourist coaches. Whilst MMM TOURS will take all reasonable steps to provide an enjoyable tour, MMM TOURS accepts no liability for any loss of enjoyment whatsoever and howsoever experienced by the member.
